"I went to the Homestead store yesterday and was looking for a specific item. I asked an employee nearby, for help and they stopped what they were doing and walked me all the way to the item! I asked for their name so I could tell the manager and he said he was one of the managers! (Romeo?) I was very impressed with the customer service and that a manager was actually on the floor working and available to help."
